“This seems to be it”, Logan said after double-checking the address. It was an apartment in the sleazier part of town, in a run-down apartment building with a sordid looking bar in the basement.

The 18 year old high school wrestler had been challenged to a wrestling match by a friend’s friend. Or rather: a friend’s friend’s friend’s friend.

Logan didn’t know much about his opponent, but he loved wrestling, and he never shied away from a challenge.

The handsome blond stud was an experienced wrestler. He had won numerous trophies, and he was the assistant trainer of Bartlet High’s wrestling team. The challenge had sounded interesting, that why he had invited his friends CJ, Seth, Leroy, Kim and Speedy to come with him.

Now that Logan realized they were going to wrestle in a private apartment he wasn’t sure it had been a good idea. But it was too late for second thoughts, and Logan rang the bell.

Jayden decides to skip going to Bartlet High School today, he’s on a mission. Yesterday he spent the night with Leroy and it was deliciously wonderful, almost like a dream. Jayden can’t ever remember what color it was to begin with, but it’s old and familiar and he finds that comforting. The brothers have been in better shape. Gino’s face shows two distinctive black and blue shiners from yesterday’s battle with Sam Hell and Jake, and Jayden’s bum ankle from yesterday still throbs. For the next two weeks the doctor told Jayden to stay off of it. Jayden elected to use crutches and a sleeves shirt; much to Gino’s wide-eyed astonishment: “How is that going to be on the pits, bro?”

Author's note: This is the longest story I have ever written in the Gino and Jayden Universe. It is fifty-three pages long. Jayden heads towards his room as the doorbell chimes to change, pauses and heads towards the front door instead in just his boxer shorts, which leave very little to the imagination as he slept in them the night before and outline his genitalia quite nicely. “Oh well,” Jayden grumbles, reaching down to adjust himself before answering the door. “I can change later.”

Jayden opens the creaky door to Leroy standing on his stoop, a rucksack similar to Jayden’s own hanging over one shoulder.
