The party was in full swing.
Every room of the dorm was packed with people dancing and talking, laughing and drinking, flirting and having fun. The party’s motto was “Land Of The Free (Booze)”, and everybody was dressed up accordingly. There were lots of sexy Uncle Sams and Lady Libertys, various presidents, people dressed as pop culture icons and sports idols, heroes and villains, famous thinkers and infamous real estate tycoons, a huge crowd people in colorful dresses who were enjoying themselves.
20 year old Ben was dressed as a cowboy, wearing brown leather boots with shiny spurs, black leather chaps and worn out blue jeans, a belt that held an impressive looking gun and a lasso, an embroidered black shirt and a large white felt cowboy hat. The handsome young man was absolutely taken up in his role, strutting around with a John Wayne swagger, chewing on a blade of grass as he checked out the girls, making sure they took notice of his muscular upper arms and the conspicuous bulge in his crotch that was further emphasized by the chaps.
Suddenly, he froze, staring at the young man that was standing at the far end of the room looking back at him.
Ahmik was 23 years old, a medium built young man, quite tall, with dark shoulder length hair. He was half white and half Native American, and he had decided to have a little fun with his heritage, dressing up as a cliché “Indian” wearing a feathered headband, a fringed brown top and matching pants, sandals on his bare feet, and colorful war paint on his face. His weapons – a hard rubber tomahawk and a bow with several dull arrows – made him look like a very bellicose member of the Village People.
“Howgh!” Ahmik grunted, glaring at Ben.
