I have no idea who came up with the "Take it like a man!" challenge - but I have a very strong feeling he might have been a guest on this blog.

How does it work? Well, you walk up to your buddy and challenge him to "Take it like a man!" Then your buddy has to take whatever you have in mind for him. Do they go for the low-hanging fruit? You bet your balls they do!

Have you ever come to work and discovered an email you didn't expect?

That's what happened to me today.

I didn't recognize the email address, and the subject was just a rather ominous "Hey, Ballbusting Boys!". I almost deleted it, expecting it to be some annoying spam message.

Thank god I didn't.

Inside was a short video.

Note: I know that I have been inconsistent in my usage of the terms soccer and football. In this story I’ll use the word ‘football’ for the wonderful sport known as soccer in the US. :-))

Phil scratched his head. “Well, if you have never kicked a ball I guess we should start with that”, he mumbled, placing the football on the ground. Despite his youth, 18 year old Phil was an experienced, seasoned football player. He had grown up in Britain as a football wunderkind, and he had recently transferred to a US club for an amount of money that had broken North American records.

He was a handsome young man, at the top of his game, very athletic, with red hair and brown eyes. He was wearing a tight-fitting green jersey, shorts and cleats.

Inexplicably, he had been given the task of showing the new guy around. He had tried to argue with the coach but his legitimate protest had been misinterpreted as childish defiance. It had backfired spectacularly. Now he was stuck with the new guy and looking forward to two hours of locker room duty next week after practice. His mood was accordingly.

It has been a while since we had a look at the wonderful world of game shows, trying to find those glorious, humiliating moments when guys were hit in the groin for the audience's entertainment.

Here are some more of my favorite game show nutshots.

Brazilian game show Panico na band was provocative and crude, disturbing and tasteless. It featured scantily clad, big boobed women and men with no shame. It frequently aimed below the belt, and it brought us some remarkable moments of television (back in 2014 we featured some clips from the shows, timeless classics of ballbusting entertainment). In 2016 they invented a new game that promised to bring pain to the contestants' testicles. The concept is pretty funny: Four men are on the ground with their legs spread. Four women are answering questions. If they answer wrong, someone drops a heavy object into a maze that leads to the mens' groins. One of them is going to get hit in the nuts - but nobody knows who it will be. It's a beautful concept, and they did it several times

Here are a couple of examples. (There are probably many more clips on their channel but I don't speak Portuguese so I don't know how to find them. Any help is very much appreciated!)

"Like this?" Colt asked, his signature mix of ignorance and cockiness on his face.

Colt was naked, wearing nothing but his cowboy hat and his belt. Behind the belt buckle his hard dick was pressed against his stomach. Colt was always horny and always hard, that's why he had been chosen as the target.

Bob opened the door and stepped into the house, a bright smile on his face. The smile instantly vanished when he heard the yell – but it was too late.

“Cock knock!” Colin yelled cheerfully and slammed his fist into Bob’s crotch.

Let's start with a series of awesome videos from a Jackass inspired stunt group in Sweden. I only discovered them little while ago but there are quite a few videos of interest on his channel Dumbass Productions.

It looks like the huge Rock Paper Balls fad of yesteryear is over (remember the times when several new RPB videos popped up on youtube each and every week) but that doesn't mean there are no videos to enjoy!

I find the first video deeply ironic. The description says: we are blindfolded playing rock paper scissors looser gets kicked in the ball's in front of my mansion. Honestly, guys, what good is a mansion if you won't have any heirs to leave it to? Talk to your investment adviser and your fertility manager immediately!

The B Factor - Auditions (Your suggestions)

We have had a couple of Special Guest Stars here at the BallbustingBoys.org studios over the years: First there was Ryan Phillipe, then Zac Efron, then Taylor Lautner, Cody Christian, Justin Bieber, then Nick Jonas, and most recently the trio of Spider-Men Tom Holland + Andrew Garfield + Tobey Maguire.

Sometimes everything went smoothly and civilized: We collected suggestions, we had one or two polls to detemine the winner, I published the story, everybody was happy.

But sometimes there was some drama: people manipulated the polls, people didn't like how the stories turned out, people maniplated the polls again, and people didn't like how the stories turned out once more.

That's why I shied away from having another Special Guest Star story this year. But the thing is: I really like Special Guest Star stories. That's why I was absolutely thrilled when our loyal reader Jason approched me with an idea that would incorporate all the drama into the story: The B Factor.

What is the B Factor, I hear you ask? Why, haven't you heard about it? It's a hugely popular and very successful reality/competition show that's all about ballbusting. (No relation to another show that has a somewhat similar name but the B is swapped for a letter that's far, far later in the alphabet.)

It's been going for quite some time, and now, finally, there's a Celebrity Edition just around the corner. Celebrities are lining up to take part in it, and everybody is very excited!

Here's how it will play out:

• Auditions: First we'll determine all the celebrity contenders.
• Selection: Then we'll winnow the field to 12 participants with a poll.
• Elimination: Each week, one participant gets voted off the show and he'll leave with a short story (very short, more like a snippet).
• Final: The final two will face off against each other in a story, and you'll determine the winner with a final poll.
• Winner's reward: The winner will have a story all of his own.

How does that sound? Brilliant, right?

It's been a while since we had a look at some wrestling low blows, so hold on to your championship belt and get ready to rumble!

Here are some more of my favorite wrestling nutshots.

The first clip is a wonderful example for a match gone terribly wrong. It doesn't take a minute until the first low blow is dealt out, and the rest of the match (which lasts 90 seconds) consists of nothing but dirty hits below the belt. Even the ref gets it at one point, and in the end a doctor has to come in and examine the trashed testicles. Boo! Boooooo!
