The Long and Awaited Revenge of Gino Gomez
by Jimmy
Hi everyone,
Here is the first of four stories staring the one and only Gino. I took this idea right from all of you and developed it into a little eighteen page story. Enjoy guys.
Jimmy
Jayden had forgiven Sam Hell, aka the Devil
Boy.
Floored, and unable to speak when Jayden
explains for a third time to his older brother “I’ve moved past it, Gino. I’ve
forgiven him.”
“He tortured you!” Gino roars finally
finding his voice. The words boom like thunder in Jayden’s smaller bedroom, the
tiniest of all three in their very modest home.
“Quiet down!” Can be heard through the walls
from their father Marco Gomez. “For crying out loud they are always yelling
about something…”
“Shhh sweetheart, you know how passionate
Gino is about his younger brother. Just let the boys be.”
Gino’s ears turned pink, but it’s mostly
unnoticeable as his face is redder than a tomato as he marches back and forth
across Jayden’s room fuming.
Trying his best to keep his tempter in check
Gino says “You’ve forgiven Chase—” Gino ticks off a finger.
“He’s my boyfriend…” Jayden barely gets his
words heard over the grinding of Gino’s teeth.
“Now Sam Hell! The satin spawn himself!” Gino
fumes ticking off a second finger.
Turning and trying to temper his rage Gino
counters “You must have forgiven Bill too! And what’s his name…the dickhead
over at the other school…Doug!” Gino ticks off two more fingers, showing Jayden
four fingers very close to his face.
Jayden calming stands up resting his hands
on his older brother’s shoulders firmly, his eyes dark and unreadable between
his dark lashes says “That’s different, and…we went through something
that…brought us together. I’m not sure Bill
will ever get over being mad at me, and Doug and I are have never been friends,
and that’s not going to change. Sam’s different…he’s had a rough life.”
“So. Have. You.”
Each word Gino punctuates by pressing his
index finger into Jayden’s chest. “And it’s mostly because of Chase and Sam I
might add!”
Jayden smiles weakly “Water under the
bridge.”
